Maintenance of Minutes

Every Company incorporated under the Company Act, 2013 or any other previous act needs to maintain the minutes book every year. Generally there are two types of minutes.

1.   Board of Director minutes

2.   Shareholder minutes

These minutes need to be maintained every year. Non-maintenance of minutes will leads to non compliance, which attract penalty and prosecutions, therefore it is advisable to prepare and maintain the minutes within time.

There are minimum 4 board meetings required to be done compulsory by each and every company.
