If you want to become a director of a company then first of all you should have to apply for a DIN that is Director Identification Number, Therefore din is the mandatory requirement for every director for that a person need to file dir-3 form with the roc of the company for the allotment of din and the application should be digitally signed by the applicant. any director cannot appoint as a director of a company in more than 15 companies.

1) Passport Size Photograph of Director.

2) PAN Card of Director Duly Certified.

3) Adhar Card of Director Duly Certified.

4) Consent to Act as a Director.
